Holistic Body Toning

A unique combination of Martial Arts, Chi Gong breathing & Yoga for a complete toning and stretching workout that leaves you feeling warm, loose and relaxed.

Starting with a T2T (top to toe) limber to ready the body, we move on to dynamic Martial Arts movements. As well as improving coordination, timing, balance & power, these also give the heart & lungs a good workout.

Next a few breathing exercises to calm the body & we move on to the Yoga.

Focusing on the stretching element of yoga, we stretch out those lovely warm muscles for optimum results.

Finishing with a brief standing meditation we finish the session calm, warm, loose and feeling great. If you’ve not tried it yet you need to treat yourself and have a go. A wonderful all-round workout and stretch.
